Announcing event 2025
If you or your organization would like to host an event in 2025, you must give notice in a timely manner. Below is how you can do this.
Report by December 1, 2024
At the municipality of Kerkrade we use the EvenementAssistent. If you are planning to organize the same event next year, you can resubmit last year's application/announcement in the EventAssistent.
If this does not work, please send us an e-mail. Then remember to include at least the following information:
- Date + time of event (also take into account any build-up and tear-down days);
- Kind/type of event (brief description);
- Food and/or beverage preparation/alcoholic/non-alcoholic;
- Expected number of visitors (estimate);
- Location;
- Your current data as an organization or individual
- Name or name of organization;
- Address/Postal address;
- Zip code;
- Residence;
- Phone number;
- Email address.
Depending on the event you plan to organize, we as a municipality will need additional documents from you, for example:
- Roadmap;
- Fixture drawing;
- Program;
- Safety Plan;
- Traffic Circulation Plan;
- Structural construction books.
However, the above mentioned documents are not necessary for the advance notice, we as a municipality will come back to this later after we have considered your application.
