Housing Offensive
Kerkrade has opted for a housing offensive, focusing on building quality housing. Quality and increasing livability will become the guiding principles for all new housing plans developed in the coming years.
Residential Vision
The Parkstad regional housing vision and the Kerkrade local housing vision have been adopted by the municipal council.
An important part of the housing vision is the aforementioned housing offensive. This includes actions to accelerate and realize (new) building plans together with the other Parkstad municipalities.
