Decision validity of submitted candidate lists and numbering

The chairman of the central electoral committee for the election of the members of the council of the municipality of Kerkrade to be held on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, announces, pursuant to Section I 4 of the Elections Act, that on Friday, February 4, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., in the Council House (Citizens' Hall), this committee will decide in a public session on

• The validity of submitted candidate lists;
• enforcing the candidates appearing thereon;
• maintaining the designation of a political group placed above it
• the numbering of the validated lists and
• The validity of list combinations.
