Order and pick up in stores

As of Feb. 10, it is possible for customers to pick up orders at the store.

Requirements for ordering & pickup are:

Stores will be open to pick up pre-ordered or reserved items.
The public is not allowed to enter the store. This means the pickup point is at the door of the store or in the parking lot.
There is a minimum of one part of the day (4 hours) between ordering and picking up.
The retailer is required to organize pickup:
- spread throughout the day;
- in time periods of up to one hour;
- in which the pickup location will be soberly designed;
- without creating a run-up of crowds
- in which customer is requested to collect individually.

The store may have only the staffing highly needed for delivery of orders present.
Customers are required to keep 1.5 m away from others in public spaces and not form groups.
