Neighborhood walk Kerkrade-East on Sept. 28, 2024

All residents living in Kerkrade-East are welcome to join other neighborhood and community residents, employees of the municipality and the board of mayor and aldermen for a walk through various neighborhoods and streets in South-East. Anyone can join and share ideas for the neighborhood.

The walk starts at 10 a.m. at City Park, at the site near the Mini Library. 

Route walk Kerkrade-East: 

10 a.m.: Meeting City Park, Mini Library  

10:15 a.m.: Departure via Deer Meadow, Koestraat, Nassaustraat past Corona Chapel

10:25 a.m.: Corona Chapel via v. Gronsveldstraat, Chevremontstraat (Sjevemethoes) Zonstraat to Credo House 

10:40 a.m. Credo House, between flats Sun Street to Hertogenlaan to BS de Steltloper (back entrance) 

10.50 a.m.: BS de Steltloper (back entrance) via dir. Schrijenstraat , mgr. van Gilsstraat to Rolduckerstraat (sports hall Rolduc)

11:20 a.m.: Rolduc Sports Hall (via adjacent footpath) to Schleidenstraat, Lambertistraat, Abtenlaan to Erpostraat (former HEEMwonen building)

11:40 a.m.: Erpostraat (former building HEEMwonen), via Holzstraat, Ursulinepark to Haghenstraat

11:55 a.m.: Haghenstraat (intersection with Ursulinepark) via O.L. Vrouwestraat, Hoofdstraat, Oranjestraat, Rolduckerstraat, O.L. Vrouwestraat, dir. Jansenstraat to Ennúh

12:10 p.m.: Ennúh/East Room with coffee and flan
