The Listening Line now available on new phone number 088 0767 000

From now on the Luisterlijn can be reached via the new telephone number 088 0767 000. This is reported by the organization, which offers remote emotional support to all residents of the Netherlands. The number can be reached day and night for people who have nowhere to turn with their story or need a confidential conversation.

The reason for the switch to the new phone number is the high cost of the 0900 number. Currently, the Listening Line pays per minute and for every call that comes in. "The more we are called, the higher the costs. This way we avoid these costs," says Leo Noordegraaf, director-director at the Listening Line. A 088 number is virtually free for the Luisterlijn.

Local rate

For calling the new phone number 088 0767 000, the caller pays - as with the old phone number - no additional charges, only the normal calling rate. The phone number can be reached 24 hours a day for people who need an anonymous conversation or a listening ear. Again, the phone number is not visible on the caller's bill.
