The Free Academy is certified

With pride, Alderman Jo Schlangen of culture and education in Kerkrade and Natalie Savelsbergh (director of Vrije Akademie) display the certification sign.

Certification was achieved this year and relates to the policies and organization of the Free Academy Foundation. The certification was achieved through the CBCT and relates to a quality standard for libraries, arts centers and music schools. It stands for high-quality arts education at its Kerkrade location in the Flexiforum at Spekhofstraat 15.

Alderman Schlangen: "A great result! Not only for the teachers who passionately convey their skills but also for all (prospective) students and trainees. Besides a beautiful and extensive range of workshops and courses, this certificate underlines the quality of the education of the Free Academy."

Also, the Free Academy operates at a location in Landgraaf and at 40 schools in Parkstad. The painting list refers to the 25 drawing and painting courses in various techniques and styles provided by the Vrije Akademie. In addition to quality painting courses, you can also take courses in modeling, pottery, goldsmithing, photography, graphics, art school orientation courses and visual arts courses for children.
