Experiencing a nuisance? Report it!

Are you experiencing nuisances in your neighborhood or district? To address this and improve livability, we ask you to report this nuisance.

What is nuisance?

Nuisance is of course a broad concept. It may involve (incipient) crime that requires addressing or nuisance that threatens the livability and/or safety in your neighborhood or district. Some examples are noise nuisance, barking dogs, youth nuisance and/or drug nuisance. These are NOT reports related to public space such as a loose paving stone.

How can you report nuisances?

You can report nuisances in your neighborhood or district using the form on the website

If you want us to also determine the nuisance ourselves, call the enforcement control room. The BOAs will then come and take a look. By calling 045-567 63 48 (Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.). In case of emergency, at night or on Sunday call the police.

What happens after a report is received?

You will receive confirmation of the receipt of your notification. Your report will be evaluated. You will then be notified of what we do with the report. Our goal is to end the nuisance. You can also file your report anonymously, but in that case you will not be notified of what we do with the report.
