Coalition Agreement

The coalition agreement is the outline agreement by which the coalition will work during an administrative period, in this case 2022-2026. It concerns the basis of the coalition program. It is a political document. Read the coalition agreement here .

College Program 

The college program builds on the coalition program and is an administrative document. It is the working document for the college for the administration period 2022 - 2026. Read the college program here . 

Budget

The budget is prepared around the summer and adopted by the City Council no later than mid-November. In addition to financial data, the budget contains the policy priorities for the current years. In the budget, the council indicates what it wants to achieve for the city, what needs to be done to achieve this and how much it will cost.In the meeting in which the budget is adopted, the groups represented in the council express their general considerations. These general considerations can be found in the minutes of the relevant council meeting. They will be adopted at one of the next council meetings. Read the full 2023 budget here. 

Executive Report

Halfway through the year, the Administrative Report (BURAP) reports on the status of various municipal activities and projects.

Financial Statements

After the end of the year, the Annual Accounts are produced, which explain both the financial and policy aspects. The adoption of the Annual Accounts is due by mid-July.
