Give your opinion on mobility, traffic and transport in Kerkrade!
Over the next year, Kerkrade will begin work on a new Mobility Plan. By mobility, we mean moving people and goods around an area. Think of a trip to the supermarket, a daily train ride to work or a visit to friends or family.
Why this plan?
The Mobility Plan helps us keep Kerkrade easily accessible for everyone and make plans that meet the needs of residents. Consider topics such as improving the parking situation, traffic safety around schools or encouraging more active modes of transportation such as walking and cycling.
Your help is important!
To find out how residents and visitors travel through the municipality of Kerkrade, what routes they walk and bike, and what bottlenecks they encounter along the way, we created a survey.
You can help us by filling out this survey, this information is very valuable to us.
After all, with the information from the survey, the municipality can make good choices for the future: where should bicycle paths be widened, where is the parking pressure high, how can we help people to move more sustainably?
The survey can be completed from April 1, 2022 through April 24, 2022.
How to proceed?
With the results of the survey, the municipality of Kerkrade will draft the new mobility plan. If you are interested in the results, please leave your email address at the end of the survey.
