No precario and advertising tax for business owners over 2021
If it is up to the Kerkrade Municipal College, entrepreneurs in Kerkrade will again not pay precario and advertising taxes for 2021. That is the advice the college will be giving to the municipal council in a council proposal that will be made in the near future.
It was previously decided to reduce the precario for catering entrepreneurs with a terrace to €0 in 2 phases over 2020. In mid-2021, the municipality would reassess the situation.
"Even though measures are now being relaxed step by step, many entrepreneurs are still having a very hard time because of corona. Therefore, we are looking for ways to accommodate them again," said aldermen Bert Bejas (Finance) and Huub Wiermans (Center Management)."
