Kerkrade municipality seeks suitable (housing) initiative for Kommerveldlaan 21 and Truytstraat 25 in Eygelshoven

This is the plot of former elementary school De Schatkist and has an area of approximately 6,360 square meters. Although the current zoning stipulates "Social," the municipality does not strictly adhere to this.

The preference is for a housing project that meets the needs of the local community and where the design encourages meeting and connection among residents. The project must further comply with regional and local housing policies, with life-skills, sustainability and the preservation of green space playing an important role.
