Growing up healthy

It is important for children to grow up healthy. A healthy weight, enough exercise, healthy food and feeling good are part of this. If children learn to deal with these at an early age, they will benefit greatly later on.

Support parent

A support parent is an adult volunteer who cares for a child one or two half-days a week. This gives parents some time for themselves. Parents, who need support, cannot always fall back on their own network. This can lead to stressful situations
