• Julia: 99 acres and 80 farms.
• Rodaboulevard: 53 acres and 81 businesses.
• Spekholzerheide: 46 hectares and 29 farms.
• William Sophia: 34 acres and 18 farms.
• Euregiopark: 5 hectares and 19 companies.

Collaborative

Through the partnership Bedrijventerreinmanagement Parkstad Limburg (BTM), a structural effort is being made to revitalize and manage business parks in Parkstad Limburg. BTM performs business park management on 34 business parks in Parkstad, where approximately 1550 companies are located. BTM strives to broaden and deepen the cooperation between entrepreneurs on business parks, but also between entrepreneurs and government. There is also plenty of attention for collective services, for example in the areas of waste collection, training, security and purchasing. In this way, entrepreneurs can achieve financial and sustainable benefits.
