Hello, iech come to oesbringe mieng shtem!

"Hallo, iech come mieng sjtem oesbringe!"

You will hear (and see) this phrase often in the coming weeks when it comes to the 2022 municipal elections.

Also in our video, which you may have known from somewhere....

Three days of voting

On March 14, 15 and 16, you can vote in the municipal elections. On these days, by casting your vote, you can help decide which direction the municipality will take over the next four years. Voting is a right, use it!

You can vote early on March 14 and 15 at four polling stations in town. These are 't Patronaat, 't Westhoes, HuB Kerkrade and the Socio-Project.
All polling stations will be open on March 16.

Election information

In the coming weeks we will show you which parties you can vote for, what they stand for and what their plans are for Kerkrade. We will do this using videos and the Election Newspaper that will be delivered to you in early March.

We will also inform you about where you can vote, what you need to do so and what you can do if, for example, you did not receive a voting pass. You will find this information in our City News, via our social media channels and on our website.

Special voting locations

Special this year is that you can vote in GaiaZOO and in the Parkstad Limburg Stadium. At these locations we have a surprise in store for you.
Curious? Then check out our website or keep an eye on our announcements.
