How do you prevent a robbery?

This week is security week. Therefore, this week we would like to pay extra attention to (Asian) entrepreneurs and robbery prevention by sharing some tips.

How do you prevent a robbery?

Here's how you can increase security in your business:
1. Open and close your business with someone else.
2. Place the cash register so that you have an overview of your business.
3. Health for security cameras facing the cash register.
4. Install a robbery button. In the event of a robbery, press that button and - after verification of audio and/or video - the police are called in.
5. Be alert to suspicious situations. Such as people in a car watching your business. Call 112 to report suspicious situations.

Cash money is of interest to thieves. Pin payments are not.
What can you do yourself to properly store cash to reduce the chances of a robbery?
1. Cream off your cash every day, such as in a safe.
2. The less cash you have in your business, the more unattractive to thieves. Health therefore for an ATM, or become completely cashless.
3. Have a magnetic lock installed on the front door.
4. Health for a sticker on your window that says "Cash only here.
