Help with installing CoronaCheck app or requesting and printing the QR code

In some cases, it's not an easy job: applying for the CoronaCheck app or printing out the QR code. Gemeente Kerkrade offers help.

Alderman Jongen (Social Health):
"We offer help to Kerkrade residents who have difficulty using the CoronaCheck app or printing out the QR code. It's not a simple process and not everyone owns a smartphone, WIFI connection or printer either. It must be possible for this group of people to request the QR code as well, which is why we are deploying volunteers at various locations."

Where can residents get help?

Residents who would like help installing the CoronaCheck app or requesting and/or printing a paper QR code can contact Impuls or the Kerkrade Library.
