The Temporary Emergency Energy Fund exists to help prevent people from accumulating energy debt. The Emergency Fund is for households with high energy bills and low or low-middle income. Households can apply for Emergency Fund assistance for the period October 2022 through March 2023.

As a VvE, you can get started on making the apartment complex more sustainable with the VvE Energy Savings Loan from the National Heat Fund. Small VvEs can also make use of this.
With the Stimuleringslening kleine VvE met borg van NHG you can work together with the VvE on sustainability and addressing (overdue) maintenance. This applies only to associations of up to 7 apartments.
