Kerkrade bigwigs receive youth ribbon 'Jód Jedoa!

On Thursday evening, November 24, two Kerkrade canjers received from the hands of Alderman Jo Paas and in the presence of children's mayor Madée Buck received the youth ribbon "Jód Jedoa!

The municipality of Kerkrade hereby puts residents between the ages of 6 and 21 who have volunteered for a fellow human being, an association or for the municipality in the limelight.

Floor Bosman, 20, received the youth ribbon for her selfless dedication of her talent to many a social gatherings and benefit concerts for Kerkrade.

Dylano Becholtz, 20, was decorated for his volunteer efforts at FC Kerkrade West. Here, the selection committee stressed the importance of the quiet "anonymous" hard workers who keep the association going.

There are many young people who volunteer selflessly in the municipality of Kerkrade. The college appreciates community involvement and would like to reward and encourage their contribution and good example in this way.
