Kerkrade entrepreneur Danny Deng wins Parkstad Limburg Economy Award!

On Saturday, Oct. 15, it was announced that Danny Deng, owner of Parkstad Plaza and Dadawan, was the winner of the Parkstad Limburg Economy award. The award is intended for entrepreneurs who have been in business for more than five years and have made a successful contribution to the economic activity of Parkstad Limburg.

On Monday, October 17, the presentation took place. Frans Voncken, chairman of the PLEA foundation, personally stopped by Parkstad Plaza to hand over the bronze statue to Danny. Alderman Geers (Economic Affairs) was also present. "As a municipality, we are extremely proud of Danny Deng and are pleased with entrepreneurs who know how to respond to current needs in society.
