Interested in working at one of the Parkstad municipalities or at the City Region Parkstad Limburg? Or would you like to expand your professional network? Then come to the (net)work event Parkstad Werkt! on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 in the Parkstad Limburg Stadium in Kerkrade! This is your chance to discover the municipalities in Parkstad and the City Region Parkstad Limburg. Whether you are at the beginning of your career, ready for a new step, studying, or just curious, you are welcome!

Meet your potential employer at the market fair! 

Meet your potential new employer. Employees of the Parkstad organizations will be happy to tell you about working within these organizations, the different work areas and positions. For example, you can ask questions to our colleagues in the field of sustainability, or hear from our service colleagues what it is like to have direct contact with citizens.

What's on the program?

  • 12:45-13:00: Walk-in
  • 13:00-13:15: Welcome speech
  • 13:15-16:50: Market fair and presentations
  • 16:50-17:00: Closing.



Concurrently with the Market Fair, there will be interesting presentations on Parkstad projects, including consideration of the following issues: How do we tackle vacancy in shopping areas? And how do we, together with the schools and others, contribute to talent development, health and good opportunities for our children? Discover it at Parkstad Werkt! Our P&O experts are ready to give you all the information you need about employment conditions and development opportunities within the Parkstad organizations.

Park City organizations present themselves during the event through seven areas of operation:

Then we will see you between 13:00 and 17:00 at the Parkstad Limburg Stadion in Kerkrade (Roda JC, Ring 1, 6466 NH Kerkrade next to the Roda JC fanshop).

Parkstad Werkt! is organized by the Parkstad municipalities (Beekdaelen, Brunssum, Heerlen, Kerkrade, Landgraaf, Simpelveld and Voerendaal) and the City Region of Parkstad Limburg.
