Limburg Helps: Give a coat, warm a heart!
L1, all Limburg municipalities and the Foundation Together for Maastricht are joining forces for a warm winter campaign. Under the slogan "Limburg Helps: Give a coat, warm a heart!" as many winter coats as possible will be collected during the month of October for residents who need them most. This is also happening in the municipality of Kerkrade.

The initiative aims to strengthen togetherness in the Limburg community and provide assistance to those for whom a warm winter coat cannot be taken for granted. All good and clean coats are welcome: women's, men's and especially children's coats. The coats collected will be distributed as much as possible in their own communities. The rest will be distributed through Kledingbank Limburg.
Collection points Kerkrade:
- Civic Square in the City Office: hand in from October 2 to 30 during regular business hours. You do not need to report, you may simply leave your coat(s) in the container located next to the counter.
- Flexiforum: turn in coats on Oct. 19 from 1 to 4 p.m.
- HuB: turn in coats on Oct. 21 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
