Member Procession Society of St. John the Baptist ( from 1978 to present)
The Procession Society supports the parish in the festive dressing and organization of the annual Sacrament Procession, First Holy Communion and open-air Masses. Mr. Nols was a major contributor to building up at the various activities of the society. In addition, he could often be found doing other jobs in and around the church where his building knowledge was in demand. All this in addition to his activities as president.

Member with administrative responsibility Archer Fraternity St. Sebastianus 1703 (1996 to present)
Mr. Nols has been a member of the Marksmen's Fraternity since 1996 and soon took on administrative responsibilities. In the run-up to the 300th anniversary celebration, he took care of the creation of the anniversary book. Within the association he is an example for many and has therefore also been chairman of the association for about four years.

Member Church Council Parish H. Joannes de Doper Eygelshoven (1998 to present)
Mr. Nols has been a member of the Church Council since 1998 and over the years he has had various roles. Tasks involved include applying for grants, managing the cemetery, administration, maintenance and renovation. Performing chores in the two churches, maintenance of the buildings and serving as assistant sacristan. He is also involved in the organizing committee 'Grote Kerk 100 years' as a board member.

(Co-)Author 'Sunday Grand Ball' (2008 to 2021)
Between 2008 and 2021, Mr. Nols co-authored a book with Monique Hoekstra-Van der Vleuten about their family history entitled: 'Sunday Grand Ball'. He spent thousands of hours researching and writing this book. Especially in recent years, he started the book at 6 a.m. so that he could work productively for several hours before starting his work for Q-Park.

Chairman Procession Society St. Joannes de Doper (2012 to present).
The Procession Society has supported the Church Council for almost 80 years in the festive decoration of Church activities in and around Eygelshoven. Also, the association provides ad hoc support for other church activities. In his role as chairman, he organizes the membership meetings and makes most of the preparations leading up to the annual recurring events.
