New emergency ordinance as of Sept. 16

A new emergency ordinance with regulations to prevent further spread of coronavirus/COVID-19 is in effect as of Wednesday, Sept. 16.

A small number of changes were made to the August 21 emergency ordinance.

The new emergency ordinance incorporates the direction not to enforce the commandment to wear non-medical mouth caps for young people in student and target group transportation.
