Opening Dadawan

Innovative formula

At Dadawan, you will enjoy a blend of Eastern and Western cuisine. Dadawan comes from the Chinese "Dadan Wan," which means "quirky bowl. So most of the 25 different dishes are served in all kinds of hip bowls. Not only the food, but also the way you are served is special: "Here we deploy robots in part, giving you a unique experience. These robots support our staff in serving the guest smoothly and friendly," said owner Danny Deng. The Rodaboulevard branch is the fifth restaurant to use the successful Dadawan concept.

Appropriate expansion of existing offerings

Deputy Mayor Tim Weijers welcomes the establishment of this new company: "It is great to welcome such a proven success formula to the busy Rodaboulevard. This concept fits seamlessly with the central theme "Sport & Leisure" that already attracts almost 7 million visitors here annually."

Dadawan is part of the newest expansion of the Rodaboulevard. It is 1,900 m² in size.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Dadawan is a good example of a company that combines a uniform formula with social commitment: "As a municipality, we are extremely happy when entrepreneurs manage to respond to current needs in society. Danny Deng is happy to cooperate in various actions, such as providing mouth caps and meals for Ukrainians," concludes Alderman Bejas.
