Omnibuzz introduces MyOmnibuzz

Omnibuzz has started MijnOmnibuzz. This is a personal page on the website of Omnibuzz (just like for example Mijn CZ) where customers can arrange a number of things themselves such as booking rides and changing data. It is a secure digital environment where you can quickly and easily book your rides or make changes to Omnibuzz.

In MyOmnibuzz, you can: 

  • Easily book, change or cancel (return) rides. 
  • View your trip summary, remaining zones or invoices. 
  • View your personal data in 1 place and partially edit it easily yourself.
  • Quickly and directly contact Omnibuzz.
  • Quickly ask questions or communicate complaints without having to fill in a lot of data. 
  • Contact outside telephone hours and avoid waiting time. 
  • Saving phone charges. 

Important
Omnibuzz staff also remain available to you at all times by phone to book your rides or arrange other matters.
