Opening Animal Food Bank in Kerkrade

Today, on Wednesday, June 30, 2021, the first Pet Food Bank in Kerkrade was opened by Alderman Wiermans (Social Affairs). The Pet Food Bank helps people who have run into financial difficulties with the care of their pets due to circumstances. This way they do not have to give up their beloved pet and the animal still gets the care it needs. In addition to pet food packages, other pet supplies are also distributed. In addition, the Animal Food Bank offers a number of cost-saving services & services.

Alderman Wiermans (Social Affairs): "I am very pleased that as part of the poverty policy we can also do something for our citizens with a pet. A pet provides many people with positivity and support, things you need extra badly when things are tough financially."

The Animal Food Bank's distribution point is located at 95 C19 Hertogenlaan in Kerkrade. Would you like to apply for an animal food package or are you looking for more information? Then go to the website: www.hvhlimburg.nl
