Opening new location Peninna Childcare
Peninna, Child Care with Special Attention, has officially moved in and was opened by
Alderman René van Drunen (Youth Care and Youth Policy) opened on the RodaBoulevard
in Kerkrade.
Offering children a second home from home, where personal attention, nature and
connection with everything around us, that is what Kim Bremmers-Bindels and
team want to create at Peninna. This thought motivated Kim to found Peninna five years ago.
Peninna five years ago.
Pearl
Peninna means "pearl" in Hebrew. Because that is how they see each child. Unique in the world
and full of talents, emotions and love. "We give your child a place to be curious, a place to play, a place to learn and a place to have emotions. A place where your child is allowed to BE," indicates Kim Bremmers-Bindels.
Peninna grows and flourishes
Like every child, Peninna is growing and blooming more and more beautifully. To make these beautiful changes
possible, since June 2023 Peninna has settled on a beautiful plot of up to 1000 square meters full of greenery in a central location in Kerkrade, the Wiebachstraat 34 on the RodaBoulevard.
Sustainable, light and connected to nature
The new location is spacious, light, connected to nature and fully furnished with
sustainable and natural materials. In addition, this place offers space for deepening the vision and philosophy while also allowing more children, parents and caregivers to experience and live the vision of Peninna.
Big plans
Peninna has big plans for the new location. For example, they want to create
own natural playground and a children's forest, which will make an even greater connection
with "being outside" and nature.
It is a location that will blossom beautifully in the coming years, like every
season, like every child, like nature. Peninna is grateful for the growth and blossoming
in the new location and hopes to welcome you to her new gem.
