- Thursday, 23-12: open from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Friday 24-12 and Friday 31-12: open from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. For birth and death registration only.

From Monday 27-12 to Thursday 30-12, normal business hours will apply from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
