"Entrepreneurship, even after Corona, is something you do together!"

Starting your own business is not always easy. Besides passion and perseverance, good preparation is one of the pillars of successful entrepreneurship. This is the 10th edition of the Startersevent Limburg. A free Limburg event for everyone who is considering starting or has recently started as an independent entrepreneur. This 10th edition will take place on Thursday evening, November 4, from 19.00-22.30 in the Congress Center Het Forum in Roermond.

Despite the corona pandemic, there is a growing interest in starting a business, especially as a self-employed person. In the first 9 months of 2021, the KVK (Chamber of Commerce) registered 8,487 starters in Limburg. The Startersevent meets a clear need: personal, small-scale, regional in one place to inform starters, the opportunity to network with other starters and entrepreneurs. This way you are not alone.

Tailored to the startup questions from daily practice, a varied seminar program has been put together. The Starters Event starts at 19.00 with a plenary presentation / Power Talk "Entrepreneurship in times of crisis, adapt in time " because a crisis is never far away (TopChange).
Afterwards, 6 seminars of 60 minutes will be offered in 2 rounds:

  • Starter and tax, tax issues for startups (Tax Office ovb)
  • Starting your own business, the 10 steps (KVK)
  • The Brood Fund, disability, retirement, etc. (Risk-Co/Reijans)
  • Sales & Acquisition; Getting customers and (retaining) customers (Arthur Brekelmans)
  • Salesman as a second profession (SalesStres)
  • How to capture the heart of your ideal client (ill graff design - brand coach).

You can attend two of these seminars, one per round.

There you can also find more information about this event. Upon participation, we will ask you at the location for a corona access card in the CoronaCheck app.
