Temporary Measures Act COVID-19
Effective December 1, 2020, the Temporary Measures COVID-19 Act will go into effect for the next three months. This will put an end to emergency ordinances as declared by security regions in recent months.
These emergency ordinances contained the specific rules that applied in the context of combating COVID-19. With the introduction of the COVID-19 Temporary Measures Act, these rules are now officially enshrined in legislation and the House of Representatives and Senate will have more involvement. In addition, the law brings a number of new changes.
More information on the Temporary Measures Act COVID-19 can be found on the South Limburg Safety Region website.
