The Regulation Wts July 2021 provides compensation for damage caused by the high water and flooding of July 2021 in Limburg. Individuals, companies, governments, religious bodies, associations and foundations can make use of it.

The Wts July 2021 provides relief for property damage that is not insurable, avoidable or recoverable.

Report damage

Damage can be reported through the website of the Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland until December 15, 2021.
