Traffic measures opening parade WMC

Today (July 7) at 5 p.m. is the opening parade of the WMC

The route of the parade is Koningsweg (start), Koninginnestraat, Oranjestraat, Hoofdstraat, Grupellostraat, Stationstraat, Kapellaan, Markt, Niersprinkstraat, Van Beethovenstraat, J.S Bachstraat (defile), Diepenbrockstraat and ends on Koningsweg.

In order for the parade to run smoothly and safely, the following traffic measures will be taken tomorrow:

Kings Road will be closed to all traffic at noon

Barricades for spectators will be installed throughout the parade route. This work will begin at noon

Once the influx of spectators increases, Main Street, Grupello Street and Station Street will also be closed off

At 4 p.m., the entire course will be closed to all traffic except for the fords (see image)

Opening of entire course, after disbanding corps on Kings Road at approximately 7:30 p.m.
