Sell development sites at SUPERLOCAL

The municipality of Kerkrade is selling building plots on Wiel Coerverstraat for 7 life-proof patio homes and on Nico Ploumstraat for 6 ground-level single-family homes in Bleijerheide. 

These lots are sold as building plots, the awarded party is responsible for the realization of the houses according to predefined requirements.

By building a mix of life-proof patio homes and ground-level single-family homes, we are responding to the diverse housing needs of our residents. This project contributes to the sustainable and future-proof transformation of Bleijerheide."
