Make a virtual visit to SUPERLOCAL - Super Circular Estate
For SUPERLOCAL - Super Circular Estate, a virtual tour was created to show the different parts of the project.
You "walk" through the area, so to speak, and can read all kinds of information.
The reason for the virtual tour is the (international) interest in being able to visit the project. Due to corona, tours cannot be given. Through the virtual tour, professionals and other interested parties can get a good impression of the project.
The virtual tour is best accessed with Google Chrome.
In the SUPERLOCAL project, as many materials as possible from former high-rise apartment buildings will be used to build new housing and construct the public space. There will be 130 new affordable rental homes, a communal space for residents and neighbors, and a water cycle that collects and purifies rainwater. SUPERLOCAL is a circular building project centered on sustainability and resident participation. Project partners are: HEEMWonen, Municipality of Kerkrade, IBA Parkstad, Dusseldorp, construction companies Jongen, Stadsregio Parkstad Limburg, WML, Waterschapsbedrijf Limburg, Zuyd Hogeschool, Veras, municipality of Landgraaf and municipality of Brunssum.
