Supplement to your rent or healthcare allowance
Are you married or living together? And do you have a low income? Then you may receive less rent or healthcare benefit than you should. This can happen because several schemes together cause a lower income. The municipality of Kerkrade would like to help residents investigate whether they are entitled to an additional allowance.
How does it work?
If you think you may be receiving too little rent or healthcare benefit, the municipality can find out for you. If the investigation shows that you are receiving less allowance than you are entitled to, the municipality may be able to provide you with special assistance for this difference. Also, if you received too much allowance for 2022 or 2023 and have to pay it back, you may be able to get special assistance.
