Kerkrade Work and Income Client Council (SWI)
The Kerkrade Work & Income Client Council is here to support anyone with a low income or receiving benefits from the municipality. The Client Council also provides solicited or unsolicited advice to the municipal government on regulations such as the Participation Act.
You can find the Client Council at the GeldWijzerWinkel, located at Einderstraat 22, 6461 EP Kerkrade-Centrum.
Consultations
During walk-in consultation hours, you can drop by without an appointment on:
- Tuesday and Thursday: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (except the last Wednesday of the month)

What can you contact the Client Council about?
For example, the Client Council can help you with:
- questions about taxes and retirement
- applying for benefits, such as housing assistance or health insurance assistance
- filing an objection or appeal
- financial problems or debt
- filling out forms
- applying for programs such as the Stichting Leergeld Parkstad or special assistance for students with disabilities.
The Client Council is happy to work with you and help you get started. That way, you won’t have to go it alone.
