The second edition of KOELmagazine is coming soon!

It's almost time: the second edition of KOELmagazine! Starting next week, the magazine will be distributed door-to-door.

KOELmagazine offers a glimpse into everything that is happening in Kerkrade. In this edition, you can read about citizen participation in Kerkrade, where Rick van de Poel tells us more about how his own initiative made King's Day in 2025 even more festive. Read about the municipal elections on March 18 and why it is important to vote. You can also read more about how Betty's bridge club contributes to a vital old age in Kerkrade, why insulation pays off in Kerkrade, and the Martin Buber plaque. City poet Maurice Hinzen wrote a poem for KOELmagazine, and artist Lou Thissen tells the story behind De Nar op de Markt Kerkrade.

The magazine is also full of inspiring stories and special initiatives from the city. We look back on the impressive theater spectacle Het Geluk van Limburg (The Happiness of Limburg). You will also find practical information about the free Help Guide and an overview of all upcoming activities in the events calendar.

So keep a close eye on your mailbox.

Enjoy reading!
