First residents Centro Meta receive key
The municipality of Kerkrade is working on an ambitious housing offensive. The goal? To build high-quality housing and increase livability. This means that in all new housing projects to be developed in the coming years, quality and livability will come first.
Today, the first residents of Centro Meta will receive the key to their new homes. In addition, the first homes will be delivered with a turnkey package. This package includes: floor finishes, wall finishes, kitchen fixtures, landscaping and painting.
Alderman Tim Weijers (Housing/Volkshuisvesting): "On behalf of the Municipality of Kerkrade, I welcome the new residents to our vibrant city. We hope you will soon feel at home and make wonderful memories."
New construction project Centro Meta
Centro Meta is a large new construction project in downtown, on Market Street - Einder Street. The project consists of a mix of an apartment complex, lifelong housing and town houses. Of course, space will also be made for plenty of greenery, making the residential location even more attractive.
