Phase 3: Health for yourself and others
Is it very hot outside? Then Health well for yourself and others.

- Drink 1.5 to 2 liters of water in a day and take a bottle of water with you when you are on the road.
- Health for a cap, hat, umbrella or, if necessary, a light-colored umbrella.
- Cover your car's windshield with a screen or towel.
- Keep windows and curtains closed when the sun is shining. Open them in the evening and morning when it is cooler outside than inside.
- Sit in the shade during the hottest afternoon hours.
- Check through the Neighborhood App to see if anyone needs help.
- Go to a cool place to recover for a while.
- Health for cooling, for example, put a damp cloth on your neck or take a cool (foot) bath or shower.
- Take it easy, avoid exertion especially in the afternoon.
- Know what to do if the heat becomes too much for you.
