Health for yourself and each other!

  • Health for a cap, hat, umbrella or, if necessary, a light-colored umbrella.
  • Cover your car's windshield with a screen or towel.
  • Keep windows and curtains closed when the sun is shining. Open them in the evening and morning when it is cooler outside than inside.
  • Sit in the shade during the hottest afternoon hours.
  • Check through the Neighborhood App to see if anyone needs help.
  • Go to a cool place to recover for a while.
  • Health for cooling, for example, put a damp cloth on your neck or take a cool (foot) bath or shower.
  • Take it easy, avoid exertion especially in the afternoon.
  • Know what to do if the heat becomes too much for you.
