Purpose use material

When requesting to publish material from the Kerkrade Municipal Archives, please indicate the purpose for which you are using the material. 

Copyright belongs to Municipal Archives

If the Kerkrade Municipal Archives is the copyright holder, permission to use that material is granted on a one-time basis. If you wish to use the same material again, you will have to apply for this again. 

Copyright belongs to third parties

If the copyright is held by a third party, please submit with your request to the Kerkrade Municipal Archives a written statement of consent from the copyright holder that you may use the material provided to you through the Kerkrade Municipal Archives.
Please indicate the correct source.

Published

Two copies of each publication will be provided free of charge to the Kerkrade Municipal Archives. When published via the Internet (website, social media or otherwise), the link on which the publication in question is included will be sent via email to gemeentehuis@kerkrade.nl
