Purpose use material
With your request to publish material from the Kerkrade Municipal Archives, please specify what the publication involves and for what purpose you are using the material. The purpose may be commercial publication, non-commercial publication, historical research, historical publication or private use.
Copyright belongs to Municipal Archives
If the Kerkrade Municipal Archives is the copyright holder, permission to use that material is granted on a one-time basis. If you wish to use the same material again, you will have to apply for this again.
Copyright belongs to third parties
If the copyright is held by a third party, please submit with your request to the Kerkrade Municipal Archives a written statement of consent from the copyright holder that you will use the material provided to you through the Kerkrade Municipal Archives.
