Parking in the parking garage with parking ticket

The Orlandopassage parking garage uses barriers. On the machine at the barrier, press the button to obtain a parking ticket. The barrier opens and you can drive in and park. You visit the center and upon your return enter the ticket at the machine and pay the amount due.

If you are at the vending machine within the free hour, the parking ticket will be returned to you immediately and you can exit for free. If you stayed in the center for more than an hour, the screen will display the amount due and you can pay with your bank card (follow instructions on the pay machine).

After paying, you get your parking ticket back and then drive your car to the barrier and enter the ticket again at the machine. The barrier will open and you can leave the parking garage. After payment, you have ten minutes to leave the parking lot.

Please note that the parking garage can only be paid for by debit card.

Camera parking with license plate registration in parking lots

Camera parking is used at the following locations:

  • Kloosterrader Square
  • Europe Square
  • Church Square
  • Theater Square
  • End deck

Terrain entry and parking

A camera records the car's license plate number as it enters the parking lot and stores it temporarily. The scanned license plates are stored in a secure environment. You park and visit the center.

After your visit to the center

Upon returning, enter the license plate number on the parking machine. The screen will display the amount due and you can pay. Then you can grab your car and leave the parking lot.

After payment, you have 10 minutes to leave the parking lot, otherwise a parking fine will be sent to the owner of the car.

Back at your car within the hour?

If you get back to your car within the free hour, you don't have to enter your license plate number at the machine and you can just drive out.

In doubt if you have been gone for more than an hour? Enter your license plate number at the machine. If the machine indicates that you can exit without paying, then you have been away for less than an hour.

Leaving terrain

When you exit, a camera records the license plate again. If payment has been made, or you have exited within the free hour, the license plate is removed from the database. Only license plates for which no or insufficient payment has been made are processed further.

Parking meters with license plate entry at roadside parking bays

Parking meters with license plate entry are located at the parking bays along the roads in the center where you pay in advance for the desired parking time.

You park your car, enter the license plate number of your car at the machine and buy a parking ticket for the desired parking time. After payment, you get a parking ticket from the machine with the license plate number of your vehicle and the end time of the parking time; you put it behind the windshield of your car. You can then visit the center.

Avoid a fine: Health that you get back to your car on time so that the end time shown on your parking ticket is not exceeded.

Would you rather pay for the exact parking time afterwards? That is possible through mobile parking.
