Sewer connection request
What is it?
The municipality provides public sewer connection on private property. If your home or business is not connected to the sewer system, you will request a connection from the municipality.
- The municipality will provide the connection to the boundary of your property.
- On your own property, you must provide your own sewerage.
How does it work?
There are 2 types of connections:
- combined systems
- separate systems
You need a separate system if you want a connection for the separate disposal of dirty water and stormwater runoff.
What to do?
You request a sewer connection from the municipality.
Specify:
- How many connections are involved;
- The type of sewer connection (separate or combined).
You can use the Municipal Sewer Connection Application Form for this purpose.
What does it cost?
The rates (2023) for establishing a sewer connection are:

| In asphalt | € 2.131,- |
| In clinker roads | € 1.710,- |
For apartment buildings, special cases or special connections different from the standard connection, a rate equal to the actual construction cost applies.
