Grants voluntary organizations
How does it work?
Voluntary organizations that meet certain Requirements may be eligible for municipal funding under the "General Subsidy Ordinance for Voluntary Organizations Municipality of Kerkrade 2025."

In general, only activities organized by Kerkrade-based and legal entities are subsidized
Regarding applications by categories of volunteer organizations, the following distinction is made by the municipality of Kerkrade:
- Applications for structural grants
- Applications for incidental grants
Structural Grants
Applications for structural grant funding must be submitted to the college by April 1, prior to the new grant period.
Volunteer organizations eligible for structural funding will be sent an application form.
Incidental Grants
The Municipality of Kerkrade has the following policies, ordinances and regulations governing the award of incidental grants.
Each grant program has its own application process.

4. Arrangement of anniversary gifts and performance gifts.
All non-professional institutions established in Kerkrade and working in the field of welfare, being a legal entity, may receive from the college an additional anniversary gift or performance gift
