Invitation to kick-off meeting 'Kerkrade on the road to a dementia-friendly municipality'
The number of people with dementia in Kerkrade is increasing and will continue to grow in the coming years. We are working intensively with various partners to create a dementia-friendly municipality in which people with dementia can participate fully in society. We are therefore inviting residents, partners and professionals to the kick-off meeting "Kerkrade on the road to a dementia-friendly municipality" on November 25 in community center 't Westhoes.
During this kick-off meeting, we will reflect on our ambitions, plans and opportunities for a dementia-friendly Kerkrade: a municipality in which we take into account the needs and abilities of people with dementia, and where attention is also paid to the consequences for people with dementia and their informal caregivers.
