Cast your vote
In the Netherlands there are elections for municipal councils, Provincial Councils, Upper and Lower House, European Parliament and the Water Boards.
The next election is the by-election of the House of Representatives on Oct. 29, 2025. This will be followed by the municipal election on Wednesday, March 18, 2026.
Lower House election
There will be elections to the House of Representatives on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. When you vote, you help choose who will be in the House of Representatives for the next four years. This way, you have an influence on the decisions made there.
Municipal election
On Wednesday, March 18, 2026, there will be elections for Kerkrade City Council members. These council members make decisions that are important to the municipality. By voting, you elect people who represent your opinions and interests. This gives you influence over what happens in your neighborhood.
