Kerkrade Wellness Seminar: Fall Prevention and Healthy Aging
On Wednesday, September 9, The MoveFactory, on behalf of the municipality of Kerkrade, is organizing a Wellness Meeting at Wijkpunt ‘t Westhoes. This meeting will focus on “Fall Prevention and Healthy Aging.”
During this event, you can attend a number of presentations by fitness experts and others, participate in a fitness session, have your risk of falling assessed by physical therapists through movement tests, and visit a wellness fair featuring various exhibitors.
You can register for either the morning or afternoon session. The program for both sessions is the same.
