Each is a unique project. Yet one very important point is the same in all of them.
Alderman Tim Weijers (Wonen): "In all these projects we provide good housing in a good living environment. We find that very important. Also for housing projects in the future.
We call that our housing offensive. We believe that everyone should be able to live comfortably in Kerkrade and feel at home here. In the various projects we therefore see a mix of types of housing that suit different groups of people."
