Residential Care Vision

Our take on living, Health and a healthy neighborhood where everyone belongs.

The Kerkrade of the future

A good community is very important for all of us. Residents play a very important role in it. They make their neighborhood what it is.

In Kerkrade, we all work together to create neighborhoods and districts that are pleasant to live in. An environment where residents feel at home. And where they feel safe. Where everyone can participate. Neighborhoods where people look out for each other, help each other, care for each other and are there for each other. Where neighbors can easily meet each other.

We are working for the future of Kerkrade. On enough affordable and suitable housing. So that every neighborhood has room for people of different ages and backgrounds.

We work for safety and good Health and help for everyone who needs it. And for socially and economically strong neighborhoods. And we think about the environment in everything we do. So that Kerkrade remains a nice town to live in the future. We call this our residential vision.

We cannot do this alone. That is why we ask all residents to also think of and do things themselves in their neighborhoods. To work together with neighbors. To help each other to become more independent and to make their own choices. And to listen to each other and have an eye for what others need.

The future of Kerkrade we make together!

Here we are working on...
